"Computer not found or offline" means AeroAdmin is not running on the remote computer or AeroAdmin can't connect to the Authorization Server on the remote PC (due to Internet connection interruptions of specific firewall settings that prevent AeroAdmin from getting online).
Please do as follows:
1) Setup unattended access as shown here:https://www.aeroadmin.com/en/unattended_access.html
Note: don't move AeroAdmin executable to another location after the service activation.
2) Check Firewall settings on the remote computer to make sure it's not blocking AeroAdmin connection to the Authorization Server.
