I can't see some elements like windows, menu, task bar etc when connected to a remote PC. How to fix?

1) In AeroAdmin menu click Extras -> Settings -> Image. Uncheck "Disable cursor flicker" box. Start the session again.

2) If p.1 didn't help, disable simplified Windows Graphic Scheme in OS settings.
