When I connect to Windows Server OS I see a black screen. Why?

When connecting to Windows Server OS, make sure you've LOGGED OFF all other active users from the server.
Then connect with AeroAdmin.
When an RDP user is connected to the server, and their RDP session window is minimized or just closed, RDP doesn't produce a desktop image, but the session is still active and that's why you see a black screen in your AeroAdmin remote desktop session window.
